Shipping 

Our shipping policy, unless otherwise stated, is to ship within 3-5 days of your order.  We strive to meet our customers expectations, however,  if delays occur, we will try our best to correct them on behalf or the customer.

Returns

Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or an exchange.

Eligible returns must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. To return your product, you should mail your product to: 505 E Eden Pl, Tucson AZ 85704

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds (if applicable)

If you are approved to receive a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at americangopllc@gmail.com

No refund if order was placed by mistake of customer

We cannot change orders once the order starts fulfillment. If the customer by mistake ordered the wrong size or color, we cannot change the order once it hits fulfillment. If the color or size is different than what was on the original order, we will replace the product free of cost.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
